It’s never one big thing. It’s forty small ones.
The form that needs a signature. The call that has to happen between 9 and 5. The thing that crossed your mind at 11pm and is gone by 7am. None of it is hard. All of it is weight.
Same AI. A different job.
She holds all of it in her head.
School forms due Friday. Three practice schedules. An appointment booked in August for a date in October.
If a good assistant could carry the list, what would you hand over first?
Deadlines that don’t share one calendar.
Assignments in one app, applications in email, a job in between.
If someone could keep the dates straight and turn a big due date into a plan for the week, you’d still make every call.
Three steps. The first one is free.
Discovery
We talk about what is actually eating your week, and work out what the first job should be. Thirty minutes, free.
What I’d build, in writing
I write you a free proposal: the first job, what it would take, and what you’d have at the end. You decide whether to go ahead. Nothing gets built before it.
Your AI, around your answers
If you say yes, I build it. You see the result before anything goes out. You still make every decision.
I’m Mario McNally, in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. I built my own AI first, for my own work, then started building them for other people. This is the same way of working, pointed at a household or a semester. More about me
The questions people ask first.
Will it make decisions for me?
No. You make every call. It carries the list and tells you what it found.
What do I have to do?
Show up for one 30-minute conversation. Then read the free proposal and say yes or no. If you say yes, look at what it makes before anything goes out.
What does it cost?
The 30-minute discovery is free, and so is the proposal. The full build is the only part that costs anything, and every job is different, so I look at what you need first. The number is in the proposal you read for free, before anything is built.
Is this for me if I don’t run a business?
Yes. It’s the same way of working applied to a household or a semester. If a good assistant could do the job, tell me and we’ll find out. If we can’t, I’ll tell you that too.
What would you hand over first?
Thirty minutes, free. Tell me what keeps eating your week. I’ll tell you straight whether I can help. If there’s a real job in it, a free proposal comes next, before anything gets built.
